Portal level activities (Mapping, Modification, update, Creation, and Customization. • Issues and Queries, resolving daily basis in forum, TAB and Printer related. • Software Enhancement and deployment as per Client and Sales team. • Testing of New changes in ERP level (forum) and portal level. • Coordination with Project Manager, Help Desk, Technical Team, Field Team, Sales Team, Finance Team, Logistic Team, Tab Team and Client. • Handing Escalation of 1st and 2nd Level from Client and all respective Team. • Publish Department wise Dashboard/MIS reports of Daily Productivity. • Daily/Weekly basis Vendors payment reconciliation. • Monthly Reconciliation the ledger balance. • Weekly and Monthly Dashboard publish for various Department • Customers Ledger balance and rectify the Error. • Month end provisioning. • Generate, maintain, analyze & present Weekly/ Monthly MIS Reports & make all type of Presentation as required. • Every Week publish Weekly Secondary & Primary Sale Flash as for the brand level and Region level. • Preparing all type Dashboard in Excel, like that DSR Productivity, Market share dashboard as for AC Neilson. • Maintaining Sale Trend Value & Volume Brand wise Trade Area wise at Region Level. • Maintaining Sales Growth & Contribution on Different Level. • Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed for the sales team as required. • Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to Sales team in FMCG. • Coordination with region & internal department for sales data and support online for Sales Team. • Maintaining Customer Master & SKU Master at Region level FMCG Product.
