As a business manager, I’ve spent my career working alongside Managing Directors, C-suite executives, and department heads leading and collaborating in high-performing teams across sales, business development, marketing and operations. I deliver results through clear communication, strong organisational skills, deep respect for the relationships I build and passion for the brands I represent. In my previous roles as General Manager at Jands NZ and Marketing and Operations Manager at NSL, I’m proud to have been an instrumental player in significant growth and strategic initiatives in the AV technology space since 2012. Over the years, I’ve worked across all departments of distribution, achieving proven and substantial revenue growth, business transformations, and increased company and campaign awareness. My passion lies in creating environments where teams are working at their best and together harmoniously, recognising that nurturing individual strengths in a collaborative, approachable culture drives company-wide success. I remain committed to driving success through clear strategy and execution, while always putting people and culture at the heart of what we do.
