Highly skilled and experienced Manager (Sales/Operations) with more than 15 years of experience. I have a broad range of industry knowledge from sectors like Information Technology, Consulting Services, Finance and Public Sector.I’m truly passionate about my work and I always aim for the best results. I often stand on my desk to see the organization from a different perspective. I believe that people are best motivated by being part of the overall development and being given ownership of their my current position I strive to make Karrierestedet, with its 31 employees, more productive by providing effective methods in its business operations. As "head of production" I am currently working with implementation of projects, developments and daily management of our specialized consultants. I oversee that goals are reached and that deadlines are held. Before joining Karrierestedet I worked as a Sales Manager for Zmags, an IT software company. I was in charge of the Norwegian market from the beginning. I developed and implemented the sales strategy, and achieved the best sales results in Zmags globally. Our clients were some of the biggest companies in Norway. From my time in the finance business I dealt with level C management from the top 100 companies in Norway. I also lead and participated in several IT projects.
