HCG is a listed company that provides comprehensive cancer care services across India and Africa. I have over a decade of experience in this field, with a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a CS Executive qualification from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. My core competencies include conducting Board & Shareholders meetings, Due Diligence, facilitating IPO listing, performing secretarial auditing, ensuring compliance and governance, drafting resolutions and agreements, and handling shareholder and investor queries.I played an active role in the completion of due diligence and IPO listing processes for HCG, in collaboration with the Company Secretary and other stakeholders.
