Whether you are an Entrepreneur with a specialty in Eye Care, Dentistry, Software Developers, Marketing, Landscaping, Media Production or Manufacturing (to name only a few!), I love working directly with you and your teams to provide guidance, growth strategies, practice management, team communication and change management. I am an “Entrepreneur translator.” You all want your teams to read your mind…hate to break it to you, they can’t! My passion is to help translate for you, and help them help you and your business grow! Its your vision for growth, I help you make it real through thoughtful, “probing” questions (I’ll push you out of your comfort zone all in the name of growth), thinking tools and accountability. My Unique Ability is listening and asking questions to connect the dots and create solutions that achieve the best possible outcome in a way that makes everyone feel important and cared for.
