Kristine Brost (BSc UBC, J.D. Cooley (Magna), LLM NYU), Operations Manager, has held several technical research positions over the course of twenty five years, and is a member of the Michigan, California, and Montana bar associations. Ms. Brost has practiced privately, served as special assistant prosecutor for Wayne County Michigan, and was research attorney for the Michigan Court of Appeals where she authored several influential judicial opinions handed down in the Court. Kristine was lab manager at ViZn Energy for two years, where she designed, built, and tested innovative flow battery cells. One of ZAF’s founding employees, Ms. Brost managed key research projects and was the technical liaison for university and national laboratories. In addition, she managed legal issues and intellectual property for both ZAF and ViZn. Ms. Brost has been awarded four battery-related patents and is named in three additional US applications. Kristine founded Ion Kinetics LLC, which now holds commercial property.
