Currently, at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories group, I specialize in hiring niche and ultra-niche scientific talent, managing stakeholder partnerships, reducing offer drop rates, and enhancing the onboarding experience — all while championing diversity and innovation in talent practices. My career journey has taken me from greenfield manufacturing projects at Kansai Nerolac Paints to dynamic supply chain ecosystems at Schenker India Pvt. Ltd, and now to the cutting-edge world of pharma R&D. Along the way, I’ve designed talent dashboards, led bulk and campus hiring initiatives across 50+ institutes, TA processes, and earned multiple awards for HR excellence and business impact. I believe that great talent builds great organizations. With a strong foundation in HR analytics, compliance, employee relations, and strategic business partnering, I aim to create people-centric workplaces that are agile, inclusive, and future-ready.
