This responsibility involves developing and implementing comprehensive first aid training programmes tailored towards cadets and staff, ensuring they possess essential lifesaving skills and knowledge. My duties extend to overseeing a team of first aid instructors, guaranteeing consistent and effective teaching methods, and managing all first aid equipment to meet required standards. In my past role as a Sales Assistant at JD, I was dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service, enhancing customer satisfaction. I managed stock, maintained store presentation, and assisted customers with informed product choices. Leveraging strong communication skills and a deep understanding of JD's product range, I had to continue with my professional development and keep up to date with sportswear and lifestyle fashion trends. My responsibilities also included processing transactions, resolving queries, and contributing to sales targets through proactive selling and teamwork.
