About Kristen Fields

Storyteller first. Everything else is just a medium.I'm a creative producer and content strategist with 15+ years of experience turning complex ideas into content people actually want to engage with –– across podcasts, social, video, and whatever platform comes next. I've built audiences from scratch, scaled channels that were already winning, and developed original IP that landed on Apple's editorial radar with zero budget and a lot of chutzpah. My sweet spot is the place where strategy meets storytelling. I make content AND build systems around it. Editorial calendars, content pillars, cross-platform distribution, creator partnerships, audience growth plays –– I've done it all, usually while also being the person in the room asking "but does this actually serve the audience?"Proof in the pudding- 35M+ lifetime downloads,$3M+ in brand partnerships, and a Signal Award –– all from shows I helped build from the ground up - 230% YouTube view growth + 60% Instagram growth in a single year across the same brand - 300+ episodes produced across audio, video, and social - Co-created an original fiction podcast with no budget that hit Apple's "Summer Listen to Obsess Over" list and #59 on the fiction chartsCurrently producing at Financial Feminist (Her First $100K) and co-founding Knuckledragger Studios, where we're developing original IP across podcasts, TV, and film.(Yes, the name is intentional.)Oh, and I'm also an actor and creator sharing stories of the not-so-starving actor on my Substack, The Day Job Diaries.
