I hold a Colorado Professional Teacher License with endorsements in English Language Arts, Special Education Generalist, and Elementary Education, equipped with comprehensive training and certifications to address the multifaceted needs of learners. Professional Journey: Currently serving as a Special Education Program Manager at Results Learning, LLC, I lead recruitment efforts and oversee a team of certified special education teachers delivering tailored instruction across Denver Public Schools. My responsibilities include coordinating schedules, monitoring student progress, and providing ongoing support to educators in implementing effective teaching strategies. Previously, I honed my skills as a center-based Autism teacher at Edna and John W. Mosley P-8, where I developed and implemented individualized programs for students with Autism Spectrum Disorders. I also served as a Mild-Moderate Special Education Teacher at Fletcher Community School, designing specialized instruction and collaborating with colleagues to ensure the success of students with disabilities in inclusive settings. Leadership and Collaboration: Throughout my career, I have actively contributed to educational leadership initiatives, serving as the chair of a large Autism department and participating in advisory boards focused on providing high-quality programming and instruction for students with Autism Spectrum Disorders. I also engaged in governance roles within schools, including serving on the Governing Board of Fletcher Community School and acting as an Aurora Education Association Representative, advocating for the needs of educators and students alike.
