You may wonder what a relationship coach is. And the phrase sex coach evokes a lot of curiosity. My mission is to empower people to embrace human sexuality, to be fully informed and trained in consent and desire, to make the world a safer and happier place. My Approach: Coaching differs from therapy - coaching is more focused on where you are in the present, what your goals are, and what steps you need to take to get there. I want you to feel like you are having coffee, lunch, or a chat with a friend, but a friend that can offer expertise, honesty, and even tough love when needed. How do you know if you should call me? • Perhaps you’re married, and you and your partner are simply not connecting, and you want desperately to have a strong and intimate connection again. • If you are newly single and have no idea what to expect in today's dating world, you're not alone. • You want to lose weight or embrace a transformed body post-mastectomy, but you’re so overwhelmed, and self-love and support can be hard to come by on your own. • Maybe you’ve been striking out on dating sites, or even in person.
