I am a professional with 18+ years in the Software Products & Services industry, with extensive hands-on experience across diverse functions and roles. I have offered my expertise through areas like Client Relationship Management, Product Requirement Analysis, Product Training, Project Management, Peer Mentoring, and Solution Implementation & Delivery. I started my career with an Antivirus company, where within a short period I got to work on different kinds of viruses, and the entire product line at various stages. This helped me acquire deep insight into Systems Programming and the development of compact, efficient, secure and scalable software. Thereafter, I joined an e-Learning and Education Solutions company, where I successfully architected, designed, developed and delivered solutions for the Corporate and Academic markets. Bitten by the entrepreneurial bug, I took a plunge and co-founded a Turnkey Solutions company focused on high-value asset tracking. This transition helped me understand and meet the different challenges that managing a Business brought in. It also helped validate my leadership, product development, client relationship management, and creative problem-solving skills. I later moved on to work for a Solution Engineering firm in the IOT space, where my rich experience and skill sets complemented the in-house technical expertise in value-adding, thus establishing my credentials and helping me create a positive impact with both clients and colleagues. Then I had a short stint at a Stanford University incubated Marketplace Platform company, though a short term I had an opportunity to put on several hats and expand my portfolio extensively. I currently work for a FinTech company. Here too, got to learn a great deal about information production processes and treasure the importance of data of national importance.
