JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Act as Site Quality Authority (SQA) for approval of QMS documents, Out of Specification (OOS), Out of Trend (OOT), Incidents, Deviations, change controls, and CAPAs. • Design studies as needed to gather critical data for LIRs, deviations and test protocols used in the production. • Investigate, identify root causes and preventative measures using the DMAIC approach and other appropriate tools. • Identify and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to eliminate the potential for non-conformities to occur. Perform effectiveness checks for investigations. • Conduct site investigation data trend analysis using analytical tools such as MS Excel (with advanced pivot tables), Power BI, Minitab, and Tableau. Utilize visualization dashboards to anticipate / prevent potential problems and identify continuous improvement projects. • Applies analytical skills to evaluate and interpret complex situations/problems using multiple sources of information and data plots. • Provide Management Review Updates on projects and Quality activate. • Develop, mentor, and supervise staff in their daily activities, provides the training to enhance their capabilities. • Conduct risk assessments and approve operational SOPs and Work Instructions.
