About Kunal Modh

As a program manager, I oversaw the development and execution of comprehensive project plans, spanning from initial design to final delivery. This involved coordinating various activities such as design, procurement, manufacturing, assembly, installation, commissioning, and testing, while maintaining effective communication throughout. I prioritized team well-being and productivity by implementing balanced resource allocation strategies to manage stress levels. Furthermore, I proactively identified and addressed potential project risks by developing mitigation strategies, including the creation of risk registries, action registries, logic charts, and flowcharts. In my capacity as a test engineer, I conducted a wide range of RF and microwave device tests, including DC, RF power, phase noise, spurious emissions, harmonics, S-parameters, and noise parameters. Additionally, I developed LabView programs, authored ATPs, compiled test datasheets, and conducted root cause analyses (RCAs). I also contributed to the design, development, and fabrication of Microstrip patch antennas tailored for wireless applications, with experience in conducting S-parameter and radiation parameter measurements. Moreover, I have made significant contributions to the academic community through the publication of five research papers in respected conferences and journals, focusing on RF antenna applications, with a notable citation count and h-index.
