From Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, Alma), VM/VPS, Windows, and Cloud-based environments. I’ve delivered full-scope support in Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune), DNS and domain management, PRTG network monitoring, VMware, and ESET security administration. I created dynamic grouping within ESET and functional custom reporting to keep us ahead of the curve in cyber security. I also built and delivered a custom anti-phishing cybersecurity training course for an external client, while supporting a mixed hosting environment (Icewarp, WHM, IIS, WordPress, Exchange, GSuite, Wix).
