About Kyle Konetzke

I have experience in many different fields of employment. I have worked in construction, which taught me how to be actively engaged in my work and seek out the next task. I decided to go back to school and earned my associates degree in accounting. This got me a job at Quad in corporate accounting as an accounting associate. There I was in charge of domestic accounts payable performing data entry, weekly check runs, posting to the ledger, and assisting with account reconciliations and building the financial statements. In 2015 I got a job at the post office, where I performed the daily duties of a letter carrier by sorting and delivering the mail. While on route I offered customers assistance in resolving delivery issues, answering questions, and taking stamp orders. I was the most efficient city carrier in my office and held myself to high standards. I also became the Branch President of my union which taught me a lot about office politics, contract interpretation, dispute resolution and how to work hand in hand with management to provide a safe and efficient work environment. While there I earned my real estate license and became interested in property management. I found a position at Prospect Management as a portfolio manager for Condominium Associations. This role has offered growth interpersonal relations, organizational skills, and leadership.
