About Kyle Remington

Grew up in a hard working family. Doing chores(cutting firewood, responsible for animals, cleaning pool, learning the roofing trade). Two older brothers and a younger sister. Raced motocross, raised pigs, horses and cows together. Grew to love track and field(chasing my dad’s time in hurdles), which lead to running for PSU(partial scholarship). Signed up for the army in Nov ‘85, with the intention to help pay for college. Went to PSU for 5 years and 2 terms. Took extra time because I was super busy (worked nights at UPS, roofed and did army reserve on weekends, ran track and coached track, partied, full time school/home work).At time of game graduation a full time driving position at UPS opened up. I took it. Bought a house two years later(‘95), And became a Christian (Nov. 26th 1995).Married Tracey Alice Adams on Feb. 5 who’s had Kevin(4), And Noa(2), from her previous marriage. We had Gabriella in June 2001(on Father’s Day).After college I have remained endurance athlete. Raced bicycles competitively for 5 years.I started reading early christians writings and really started going deeper in my understanding of spiritual principle and church history. This really inspired me, and helped me to be more convinced that what I believed was true.Started learning guitar in 2008, and started songwriting about spiritual principles in 2016. Started learning Banjo in 2017. Perform regularly at my favorite karaoke bar with two good friends. Our band name is "Some Guys."Driven package car since ‘93 And plan to retire from UPS in august of 2018!
