About Kyle Sparks

As a U.S. Navy Veteran and former Olympic athlete, I bring a lifetime of discipline, drive, and athletic excellence into everything I do. With a B.S. in Kinesiology from California State University San Marcos and a strong foundation in human performance, I’ve dedicated my career to supporting athletes—from youth to elite levels—through coaching, operations, and strategic program development.I founded and successfully ran my own athletic performance business, where I designed individualized training programs, managed day-to-day business operations, and helped clients transform their fitness and mindset. My experience also includes working alongside top chiropractors and sports wellness professionals, gaining hands-on knowledge of athletic recovery and injury prevention at the highest levels. At the YMCA, I served as a Membership Services Coordinator, where I led member engagement initiatives, supported program enrollment, and collaborated with wellness staff to create a welcoming and impactful community experience. This role sharpened my skills in customer relations, program support, and operational management, while reinforcing my passion for building inclusive spaces that promote health and athletic growth.Recently, I was accepted into the University of Florida’s Master of Science in Sport Management program, with a specialization in Athlete Development. This advanced training will further strengthen my ability to mentor, support, and guide athletes through every stage of their careers—on and off the field.I am actively pursuing opportunities in collegiate and professional athletics, bringing a rare combination of veteran leadership, athletic experience, business ownership, and program management. I’m ready to contribute to a mission-driven team that values excellence, service, and the power of sport to transform lives.Let’s connect if you’re looking for a passionate leader with a proven track record of impact both in competition and in athlete development.
