About Kyle Trivanovich

If you look at my background, you might feel like you're looking at just a grab-bag of terms, and I could understand why - throughout college and in the years since graduating, I've had a variety of experiences that have shaped my thinking as I navigate my career path. I am a current Digital Content Assistant in Orange County, California with a background in leadership, accounts receivable, customer service, hospitality, sales, and even acting. I’ve made a habit of often biking or taking the bus to and from work (New York City had me wanting to live car-free or car-light even after I left it after graduating college) and watching educational YouTube videos in my free time. And I've learned things about myself along the way. In the workplace, I love to utilize both hard skills and soft skills. I am organized and detailed, but also a people person. I value both structure and empathy. I'm a planner who tries to be adaptable. When I know enough, I enjoy both Excel spreadsheets and taking charge. I have strong opinions but love to collaborate, especially in-person. Outside of work, I love having conversations that involve dissecting, comparing, and recommending movies, identifying what an unexpected source like aviation can teach us about business leadership, and lauding the urbanist form of New York City and other cities like it. My goal is to use my career path to, among other things, move back to a city where car-free living is doable, New York or elsewhere.
