Kylee is a dynamic international speaker who shares her lived experience and insights into disability advocacy, inclusion, and social change. She engages audiences at conferences, events, and podcasts, providing valuable insights to drive change for inclusion for the community. Guided by the values Empower, Encourage, Educate, Equip, she fosters environments where everyone can realise their potential. As the founder of Kylee & Co. and a key collaborator in the Clipboard initiative, she is spearheading the transformation of the future of work, leadership, and inclusion. Kylee empowers individuals with complex needs to build confidence, develop leadership skills, and unlock their potential through readiness coaching, pathway preparation, and pre-employment support. Living with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) and a complex disability herself, Kylee’s journey reflects resilience, determination, vision, and the power of community. From creating inclusive spaces such as The Soul Lounge at Festival One and Disabled Business Owners, she has consistently championed inclusion and empowerment. Through her leadership at Kylee & Co. and Clipboard, empowerment initiatives, and her extensive network, Kylee proves that reframing circumstances and building from what is within our reach makes anything possible. She is flipping the script on what it means to live fully, challenging traditional ideas of success and showing that we are all capable of leading meaningful, impactful lives. Kylee’s advocacy extends to working closely with medical professionals as a patient and consumer expert, teaching and training on disability inclusion. Additionally, Kylee consults with organisations and initiatives to improve accessibility, ensuring that everyone can participate fully in society. Her work is rooted in lived experience, teamwork, and connection. She believes that “alone we get so far, together we get so much further”, and that real change begins by focusing on what is in our hands. Her ultimate goal is to foster self-belief and equip others with the tools they need to thrive, creating a ripple effect of positive change across communities and industries alike.
