I am a dedicated health & fitness professional with years of experience in nutrition, fitness, & wellness. I am currently pursuing my Master's in Nutrition to become a Registered Dietitian. Alongside my academic training, I have spent years as a certified group fitness instructor and Les Mills Trainer, leading individuals and instructors through transformative experiences. My background also includes entrepreneurship as a piano teacher and years of managing the dynamic responsibilities of raising a family, which strengthened my adaptability, leadership, and communication skills. What sets me apart is my ability to integrate science-backed nutrition and fitness strategies with mind-body wellness practices. My passion lies in helping people build sustainable health habits that fit their lives.
