About Kyriakos Sgouromitis

With a solid foundation in Computer Science, I have dedicated over a decade to the Software/IT industry, specializing in engineering SaaS solutions, in a broad range of industries ranging from computational electromagnetics to bioinformatics. Throughout my career, I have transitioned from hands-on engineering roles to my current position as an Engineering Manager, without losing touch with my technical side and ability to contribute. My passion lies in enhancing developer happiness and productivity. I believe this is achievable by fostering an environment where meaningful work is prioritized, and transparency and effectiveness are at the core of our principles. My commitment is to not only lead with technical excellence but also to build a culture where innovation thrives, and every team member feels valued and motivated.
