About Lacey Rogers

I have graduated from University of Illinois at Chicago, in May of 2024 with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. I am very passionate about mental health and the ways that people connect and work with each other in a work environment as well as their everyday lives. I would be a great asset to a team, as well as being able to work independently. My colleagues, friends, and family would say that I am empathetic, organized, self aware, and hard working. I have been passionate about psychology since I took my first course in high school. I think it is extremely interesting and find myself always applying what I learn to real life situations. I plan to pursue a career in the Operations field. I think it’s very important to look at it from a psychological perspective and to take into fact that we spend most of our days working and building connections with team members, colleagues, friends, etc. I have excellent interpersonal skills that will help my ability to understand and solve any situation that involves conflict resolutions.
