Job Responsibilities:> Help in Recruitment and conducting medical examination & Joining (On-boarding process) of employees.> Responsible for Training and Development program ( Induction & as per Annual training calendar) and maintain record of the same.> Payroll Management- Maintenance of attendance, leave record, shift roaster, preparation of salary, Preparation monthly PF & ESIC challans and upload on official site, Good Work Reward Record.>Handling Grievances, conduct Town hall & open hall programs to find out employee grievances & issues.> Responsible for making a smooth connection and straw less flow of communication between Top Management & all workers.> Compliances- Proper & timely work on compliances & returns filling under Factory Act 1948, Employees Provident Fund Act, Employees State insurance Corporation Act, Minimum wages Act, maintenance of all required register, employment exchange returns, Labour welfare fund return, Payment of bonus act, etc.> Responsible for issuing various letters like offer letter, appointment letter, confirmation letter, appraisal letter, performance review letter, etc.> Responsible for Daily Routine work of HR & Admin. work.> Preparation of various reports like Daily deployed manpower report, overtime deployed employees report, on roll report, joined & left report, contractual labour record, etc.
