About Lance Duvall

Mr. DuVall has over 36 years of professional experience in management, technology, and business consulting. He has worked specifically in the association and not-for-profit industry over the last 25 years. Prior to joining Cooper Consulting in 1997, Mr. DuVall was a Senior Associate with Booz•Allen & Hamilton, Inc, an international management consulting firm. While working in the association and not-for-profit industry, Mr. DuVall has been involved with many aspects of management and technology consulting services for large trade associations, professional associations, and government organizations. For numerous associations, he has provide project management, developed functional software requirements, developed 5 year technology plans, facilitated vendor demonstrations, evaluated software from both a technical and end-user perspective. He has been involved with implementation of large-scale association management and financial applications. In addition, he has performed several organizational and technology assessments for associations, including; restructuring plans for information system departments, association management systems (AMS)(i.e, membership, events, financials, fund raising, advertising, legislation, etc.), desktop and local area networks, contract negotiations, RFP development and evaluation, and technology budget plans.
