About Larissa Rocha

Hi there! I'm Larissa, a research and human resources professional with a passion for evidence-based practice, people development, and making work a little more human (and sometimes more fun). With over 12 years in HR and 5+ years in research, I specialise in connecting people, data, and processes to drive meaningful outcomes. My background spans recruitment, onboarding, talent development, and performance systems—always with a focus on listening, learning, and helping people grow. On the research side, My experience covers behavioural analysis using quantitative and qualitative methods. I’m also trained in Lean Six Sigma and enjoy finding simple, smart ways to improve how things are done. Known for being approachable, thoughtful, and occasionally funny (on purpose), I thrive in collaborative environments where people care about both results and relationships. I'm currently looking for opportunities to apply my analytical mindset and people-first approach to support impactful work. Let's connect and explore how we can improve outcomes together!
