On the inside, I was headed straight for collapse. A heart attack forced me to slow down and rebuild the way I worked and served. From that season came tools and frameworks that reshaped my life. Now I help leaders avoid burnout and energize their mission. Because here’s the truth: leadership should build people, not break them. That includes the leader.
