Electronic Engineer with huge experience in technical and commercial Product- Project- and Team- Management. Due to my technical background, combined with my huge commercial experience I have an ability to understand and manage projects both from a technical and commercial point of view. As a team manager I’m very informative and focused on the team spirit. I also enjoy finding ways to motivate and getting the best out of everyone. I’m a happy and straightforward person with a calm nature - and I’m also a very dedicated and loyal person and many of my former employees, colleagues, and customers regards me as very supportive and honest. In general, I’m an extrovert person – without being annoying – with strong communication skills and very good at getting on with people on all levels. From my international positions I have gained a lot of knowledge about working in large complex organizations and establishing strong relationships with many different types of stakeholders. I’m very practical oriented, but at same time analytical and structured in my approach to both technical and commercial tasks.
