About Lars Toft

Change. It drives me to create change. Both in the short term and in the long run. For me creating change is an opportunity to find solutions within the organisation by ensuring the right focus on people, business and communication - from a holistic perspective. Strategic Advisor is a title that describes my profile really well - my areas of focus is people, business and communication. When these three elements are part of a holistic interaction creates unique results. With a solid background and grounding in the communication industry, I have an experience base with me that allows me to think broadly and incorporate multiple perspectives in my advice. I'm sharp, fast and very direct in my advice - and it's fast - but it is in turn also very fun and creating at the same time results and objectives. I like to move people and business from A to B or even longer, and provide the advice that lies in the tension between communication, business and people. I prefer to work with clear goals, and I must see clear development goals to provide consultancy successfully. I should be able to influence the goals before I go into a job and we should together be able to view the task. Success lies in the achievement of the targets we have jointly set ourselves.
