I'm a CSPO certified Product Manager with a strong foundation in agile SaaS delivery and a background in education leadership. I transitioned into product after a successful career as an Assistant Headteacher a change that reflects both my drive to learn and my passion for solving complex, real world problems through technology. Since making the switch i've rapidly developed my expertise in product delivery through hands on experience and formal training, including Certified Scrum Product Owner (Scrum Alliance) and project management qualifications in PRINCE2 Foundation and PRINCE2 Agile. I thrive in fast paced, collaborative environments and am constantly seeking opportunities to grow. Currently leading product on SAMpeople Recruit, I own the full product lifecycle from shaping roadmaps to writing detailed PBIs I work closely with engineering and QA to deliver compliance-led features at pace. I translate complex workflows into testable, scalable solutions across onboarding, candidate experience, and admin tools, with a sharp focus on usability, automation, and outcomes. My experience spans product discovery, backlog management, KPI tracking, and feature iteration. I bring strong stakeholder alignment, deep user empathy, and a proven ability to learn fast, adapt quickly, and deliver under pressure. I’m especially interested in how smart product design can simplify operations at scale and I’m always curious about how great products get built across sectors.
