About Laura Devlin

I'm a Registered Psychologist and Cofounder of Beaches Therapy Group, a multi-location psychotherapy practice serving children, teens, adults, couples, and families across Toronto. Over the past decade, I’ve grown our team to over 50 clinicians and supported thousands of clients in accessing high-quality, trauma-informed care. With deep roots in clinical work and a passion for systems-level change, I’m now focused on bridging the gap between mental health and the workplace. Through my upcoming venture, I’m building a new kind of corporate wellness solution—one that blends psychology, neuroscience, and meaningful human connection to help employees (and employers) thrive. I’m particularly interested in: • Mental health innovation • Trauma-informed leadership • Nervous system science at work • Resilience in high-stakes caregiving and entrepreneurship • Scalable solutions for meaningful wellness Also a rare disease mom and founder of Penny’s Promise I bring both clinical insight and lived experience to everything I build. My work lives at the intersection of empathy, strategy, and science—with a goal of creating systems that support whole-human wellness, from the therapy room to the boardroom.
