About Laura Folger

I am currently working as a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager for TTEC (formerly known as TeleTech), a global call center focused on superior customer service in a culturally diverse environment. In this role I currently lead all at-home recruitment activities for North America to include Canada. I also collaborate with my peers and executive director for continuous process improvement and success of our department. Our biggest accomplishment this year has been growing the headcount in Canada exponentially, in which I played a large part. I am beyond pleased at the success of my team! I pride myself on my leadership abilities and dedication to my team, without teamwork we would accomplish nothing! I'm truly passionate about my work and I enjoy all aspects of my position, even the rough patches because they only help you develop yourself further. I currently have a bachelors degree and a white belt certification in Six Sigma.
