About Laura Higgins

I engage with clients of all sizes, from start-ups to global organizations, across industries, and in commercial as well as non-profit sectors. Clients rely on me to provide keen insights and to deliver consultative engagements that balance diplomacy and directness, always keeping their best interests in mind. As such, I have become a trusted advisor to a loyal customer base. With extensive business and consulting experience, I work with clients to deliver tailored talent solutions that improve effectiveness for employee selection, individual and organizational development, coaching, team building, high potential identification and succession planning. As Team Lead, I provide ongoing consultant development and educational assistance to members of the consulting team to support learning of new products and systems implementation. I am often called upon to participate in the early adoption phase to learn new systems and programs and then facilitate the learning process with my teammates. As Director of Training and Development and in my current role, I have developed, standardized, streamlined and delivered programs for consultants and clients in the US and abroad, focusing on assessment interpretation, consultative delivery skills and analytics platform navigation.
