Increasingly, organizations are being asked to provide evidence-base for their programs, logic models, proof of outcomes measures, and data to demonstrate the effectiveness of the program. For over five years I have been collaborating with youth-serving organizational managers and program facilitators throughout South-Westerestern Ontario- designing logic models and measurement strategies that can be readily embedded into the program- facilitating group workshops through logic model development- conducting focus groups and interviews with clients and staff to gather data to inform program development - design evaluation service plans and implement program evaluation strategies - analyze data and present recommendations for development to organizational stakeholders I am also an adjunct Professor at King's University College - School of Social Work instructor for: BSW Program Evaluation SW4429: Social Work Practice-Based Research MSW 9802: Advanced Evaluation in Social Work Practice As a feild placement supervisor in both the BSW and MSW program, I mentor students assisting program leaders with researching and writing evidence-based rationale for their programs and facilitating the design of program measures with program teams.
