About Laura Jacobson

Laura Jacobson is currently a Senior Regional Property Manager overseeing a portfolio of seven communities comprised of 1707 apartment homes in the Eugene and Beaverton submarkets. Laura has a proven track record of driving results on all aspects of administrative, financial and operations. She has marked expertise in financial analysis, team member development, and client relationships with a focus on optimizing operational and budget performance. Laura started her career in property management in 1991. Since beginning her career in the property management industry, Laura has held a variety of positions including senior regional manager, regional manager, regional marketing, training director, property manager, assistant manager and leasing consultant. She has worked for property management companies including Greystar Management, Riverstone Management, HSC Management, Willamette Management, Archstone Equity Residential, Gross Management, and Bigelow Management. She holds a Master of Arts in Business Management with a minor in Hospital Administration from Bushnell University (formerly Northwest Christian University) in Eugene. She currently holds a broker’s license in the state of Oregon.
