Background

About Laura Olson

I create connections between people and processes by understanding situations and creating effective solutions for key stakeholders. I cultivate the potential in others by encouraging them to stay focused and engaged at the task at hand. I focus on creating long term value for a company by establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders to generate cost savings and process efficiencies strategies. As a Spartan, with true grit and perseverance, I overcome obstacles to complete the mission. Outside of work, one of my greatest passions is obstacle course racing (OCR), where I can run through the mountains and jump over walls. As part of a Spartan tribe, we work together and inspire one another to ensure no one gets left behind and everyone makes it over the finish line. Every OCR event is unique, and I revel at the opportunity to face the challenges head on and adapt to any situation that is thrown in my direction. The feeling of crossing the finish line is extremely rewarding and to top it all off I get a pretty awesome medal.
