A dedicated professional with a background in psychology and recruitment in Human Resources with experience in customer service. Soon to graduate from the Social Service Worker program at Mohawk College, I have developed communication skills, attention to detail abilities and teamwork expertise. Fluent in English and Spanish- Experience as a current leader of a Equity, Diversity and Inclusion program with newcomer families- Student Life Ambassador at Mohawk College, creating, promoting and facilitating different events for the students at Mohawk. This also includes answering questions about the services and providing a welcoming space for students- Ability to create outstanding personalised experiences for clients utilizing professional communication. Knowledge in Microsoft Office, Google Apps, Zoom and other virtual communication platforms- As part of my duties I have developed a big interest in Social Media content- Self-starter attitude with the ability to tackle, with enthusiasm, goals and new tasks- I am willing to embrace diversity and demonstrate care for both customer and fellow team members. I am very interested in mental health, clients' well-being and working with communities, specially, newcomers.
