About Laura Vaughan

As a CEO or President, you're making vital strategic decisions every day-maybe with little input (or biased input) from your top team. What if you could bring those decisions to a group of - in a confidential, non-competitive forum to make the best decisions possible? In my Toronto-based MacKay CEO Forums peer groups, this is exactly what happens. Top decision-makers like yourself bring their own experiences to the table and share them openly. CEOs become better leaders and accelerate their company's growth. As a former CEO, peer support drove my profits, improved my customer satisfaction, helped me innovate and took the isolation out of the work. It was game-changing. We spend 8 days a year together, learning, dissecting and solving problems and identifying new opportunities. Each one is in the room with no agenda other than to help you achieve your goals. The outcome. As a Forum Chair, I act as a personal mentor and coach, and lead group meetings. I create the space for members to engage in judgment-free business discussions. We share our experiences openly (the good, the bad and the ugly), for the benefit of everyone in the room. MacKay members achieve a 7x ROI on average, and our groups are the least time intensive, highest-impact peer group experience you'll find. If you're a CEO and haven't yet surrounded yourself with a community of other action-oriented, growth-focused CEOs, why not? Others are ready and willing to help you get where you're going next - more quickly and less painfully than you can get there on your own.
