About Laura Warner

After 20 years experience as a freelance Producer/Development Producer in the television industry, Creative Content Producer best describes my skillset today. I am resourceful, with strong journalistic skills and editorial instinct, and am a warm, confident and effective communicator whether working as part of a broader team or driving things forwards on my own. When producing or developing travel series and documentaries I loved unearthing the unbelievable, securing the improbable, and became adept at preparing persuasive and imaginative proposals and pitches. Importantly, I could also find creative and practical ways to realise those ideas, and solve production challenges whilst still delivering unforgettable viewing to the audience. I have a strong track record in bringing unique content to the table, and securing tricky access whether with guarded institutions, elusive primatologists or the rarer tough-to-reach celebrities. I relish a challenge, love variety and enjoy applying my skills to new territories, as well as gathering new skills too. Since 2019 I've been working with Dreweatts 1759, a leading auction house in the UK, where I established and now run and produce their video content across their online and social media platforms. I also have my own venture, THE ARCHIVE HOUSE - helping individuals create their own films and projects that celebrate their lives, special moments and memories, to be enjoyed and shared with family and friends for years to come.
