I’m a social and behavioural change and gender nerd with over 10 years of experience designing and implementing human centred and norms change programs, multi-media campaigns, and capacity-development initiatives. My work focuses on understanding what drives and influences people, and using those insights to create practical, impactful solutions. From leading behavioural research to developing gender-transformative strategies, I’ve been fortunate to work across and with diverse sectors and communities, tackling complex challenges with collaboration and creativity. I’m especially passionate about co-creating solutions that break barriers, foster connection, and create space for equity. Advancing gender equality is a central focus of my work, and I bring an intersectional, participatory, and transformative lens to everything I do.
