As a Customer Relations Manager at Abri Group, I have over 3 years of experience in managing customer relationships and ensuring high standards of service delivery. I hold an ILM Diploma in Management, which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to lead and motivate teams, as well as to develop and implement effective strategies for customer engagement and retention. In my current role, I am responsible for overseeing the customer relations function for independent living services, working closely with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure that customers receive the best possible service. I also contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that support the organization's vision and values. I am passionate about delivering excellent customer service and creating positive outcomes for our customers.
