About Lauren Mitchell

I am a Guest Experience Manager at Disney Parks, Experiences and Products, where I oversee the front desk operation of three luxury resorts and manage up to 300 participants per class in the Traditions program. I graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Psychology, which helps me understand and empathize with guests and cast members from diverse backgrounds and situations. In my current role, I leverage my customer service, public speaking, and sales skills to resolve escalated guest issues, coach and train cast members, and implement operational and support initiatives. I also have experience in leading the opening team of Disney's Riviera Resort, the first deluxe vacation club resort at Walt Disney World. I am passionate about creating magical and memorable experiences for guests and cast members, and I am always eager to learn and grow from the challenges and opportunities that come with working in a dynamic and innovative environment.
