Lauren has worked for over 20 years as a Human Resources Manager and Chief of Administrative Operations in the public sector. After a career scaling, systematizing and stratefying HR departments and developing HR generalists, Lauren now advises, teaches and coaches them on how to shift their departments and themselves to move from survival to excellence. With a demonstrated history of working in the human resources industry, Lauren is skilled in public agency administration, administrative operations, personal development coaching, management, and leadership. She is also a personal and leadership development coach with an emphasis on supporting HR professionals.
