I'm a strategic leader and advisor with over a decade of experience shaping U.S. foreign assistance efforts. I specialize in strategic planning, policy implementation, and evaluating the impact of global programs and have worked in education, health, democracy and governance, and information integrity. Most recently, I served as Chief of Staff and Evaluation Director at the Department of State, where I led planning and impact measurement for a $60 million global program portfolio. I supported senior leadership through a major reorganization, improved internal systems, and helped communicate results to Congress and international partners. Earlier in my career, with Guidehouse and DevTech, I advised public sector clients on grant compliance, program delivery, and evaluation across dozens of countries. My work is grounded in practical problem-solving, collaboration, and a strong commitment to social impact. I'm a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer from Northwestern China, with field experience in Asia, Latin America, and Africa. I hold a Master’s in International Development Policy from Georgetown and a Bachelor’s in Philosophy and Political Science from Arizona State University.
