Having worked within Healthcare Recruitment for over 6 years I understand the challenges of recruiting, managing, and retaining a workforce. I also understand how much of an honour it is to serve the most vulnerable within our communities with care, compassion, and respect! I strive to make a valuable contribution to the lives of others which is why I have chosen to work for Maximus UK, whose purpose is ‘helping people transform their lives’. I have spent a number of years volunteering to support others and have in that time; provided emotional support to those in distress, supported young people with disabilities with their emotional development and have been a host for the homeless. My unique experiences enable me to provide a professional Recruitment service that is underpinned with not just industry expertise but most importantly with empathy, respect and integrity.
