Story As a teenager, I wanted to be a doctor; I longed to take care of others. But curiosity and openness to the world that originate from my multicultural roots (Italy, Germany, United Kingdom) led me to study business and conduct a professional career in the international trade fairs’ industry. This is probably not a coincidence because the fair is THE medium where people meet and develop human relationships. The marketing, sales and communications responsibilities practised for 25 years in companies have stimulated my appetite to listen, analyse and understand my partners’ expectations. My driving force is also to build relationships of trust and partnership. So many skills which, combined with my characteristic benevolence and rigor, now form the basis of my practice as a coach.
