About Laurent Robert

I'm managing a place for the promotion of our products offer! A place that is used too, to support the creation of services for our customers. We call it: the Services Innovation LAboratory: SILAB! Are you aware that it is impossible to innovate without a target! That seems evident but a lot of people often forget this or they just don't know it! Observe, understand, listen people is a very simple way to define this target. One of my missions is to help to do this. In fact, I do my best to identify the pains & frustrations of our teams (Management, Marketing, Innovation team.) to help them in their missions to satisfy our customers. In fact, I have been convinced for a long time that the best assets of compagnies are their human ressources. So, as manager I try to do my best to innovate to offer the best tools, methods, opportunities and means to my team and to the teams I help. Thus, they can do their job as best as they dream to do it. They can free their potential & their creativity to satisfy our customers. A lot of innovations used by our teams are born in my Laboratory. I'm very interested by the best technologies (new or ancient ones), methods, good practices and their applications to help our customers (the Airlines) in their missions. The world that is around us is a permanent source of inspiration but too often people don't take care of all of this and fail to exploit it. Maybe by lack of time or because they are afraid to take some risks. I was like this. Now I open my eyes and "to help the others" helps me to avoid to feel fear. Since I work, I have created and animated various places and Laboratories in order to help teams to develop their projects. My motivation to help the others gave me the energy to develop such spaces that are beautiful means to respond to the needs of our teams and of our customers too. Across time, my mission that deals with support to the creation of new digital services for Airlines is become a real passion.
