Enthusiastic person ready to work for an emerging company that will afford me the opportunity to have a direct impact on its success, in terms of corporate training, training materials creation, new hire training, revenue generation and marketing strategies, while offering a team oriented atmosphere with defined opportunities for career advancement. Experienced in collaborating with leadership to ensure all procedures are conveyed clearly and correctly. I am a self motivator and self starter that is able to produce high quality work with minimal direction. In addition to my work experience I have taught many elderly persons how to navigate computer systems and new phones though one on one instruction as well as a creation of materials that are easy to understand and allows them more knowledge on how to navigate the ever changing world of technology. I am also a tennis team manager and have recruited and taught over 30 women that were new tennis players and trained them on the procedures and rules of the game so that they could successfully join a tennis league. Coaching middle school cheer was also something I participated for many years as well as volunteered as team manger, room mom and social committee head for a neighborhood of over 430 house. Created a non profit business account which allowed us to take donations from local companies to supplement the lack of funding for social events to be able to have more extravagant events for the neighborhood and surrounding neighborhoods to create an atmosphere of community for the town of Marvin, NC. I always find a way to make something average turn into extraordinary and believe that when plan A does not work out there is always a Plan B - Plan Z that will eventually get the outcome I am striving for. I am great at customer service and have a 100% five star rating on my Esty shop with multiple reviews.
