Led community effort in New York City that resulted in $64.6M pledged $64.6M in LOIs to support a community bid on the cooperatively owned development, a property in the Bronx. Convened 200+ advocates and thought leaders across four states to lift up Connecticut asset-building investments and expand support for Guaranteed Income and Baby Bonds. Oversaw results reporting and analysis for $26 million in strategic investments across six regions and presented to senior management findings.
