About Leah Weir

Curiosity has always been my compass. I'm at my best when exploring ideas, asking questions, and learning something new. That love of learning guided me through a 12-year teaching career, where I saw how data-driven instruction transforms student success and meaningful feedback enables students to take ownership of their learning. Over time, my passion for teaching students evolved into a drive to support the people who teach them. I stepped into leadership roles where I led professional learning, coached colleagues in evidence-informed practice, and modelled high-impact strategies to strengthen teaching across stages and wider school network. Now, in Customer Success, I draw on that foundation to help educators integrate pedagogy and technology with purpose. It’s a continuation of the same mission: supporting teachers to feel confident, capable, and connected in the work that matters most. If you’re passionate about impactful teaching, collaborative teams, and the meaningful use of digital tools in education — let’s connect.
